Garland, Texas (November 21, 2024)—Weathermatic, the leading irrigation and water management solutions provider, has announced the appointment of two executive leaders: John Hagen, Executive Director of National Accounts, and Gage Roberts, Executive Vice President – Sales, LMC Division. The addition of these two new positions reflect Weathermatic’s continued focus on delivering advanced irrigation technology to landscape professionals, property owners, and asset managers.

As Executive Director of National Accounts, John Hagen will lead a team dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with multi-location corporations, property management firms, municipalities, universities, and other institutions. Under John’s leadership, Weathermatic is committed to helping clients adopt innovative practices and technologies to improve landscaping irrigation efficiency and sustainability.

John brings over 16 years of unparalleled expertise in the corporate real estate sector, having served as the Global Executive Managing Director for Energy and Sustainability Services at CBRE. His extensive background spans corporate real estate, building products, manufacturing, and GHG management.

John is passionate about aligning solutions with client goals in decarbonization, cost reduction, asset performance, and facility management in corporate real estate. He excels in building high-performance teams and professional services organizations, with a proven track record in energy and sustainability services, organizational design, and P&L management.

Additionally, Gage Roberts will be responsible for overseeing all sales initiatives for Weathermatic’s Landscape Maintenance Contractors division, including new logo acquisition across SMB and Enterprise segments and the growth of existing client relationships. His leadership will be key in helping landscape professionals improve efficiency and grow their businesses through the use of SmartLink by Weathermatic, the industry’s most comprehensive water management platform.

Gage joins Weathermatic with a wealth of experience in sales leadership at Aspire Software. He played a vital role in Aspire’s significant growth, contributing to the company’s evolution from a startup to serving thousands of landscape contractors across the country. His track record of success and expertise in B2B sales enablement, client acquisition, and strategic planning will further the adoption of SmartLink among landscape professionals.
